3. User Accounts and Registration

6. Delivery Terms
6.1 Delivery Schedule
School lunch orders are available Monday to Friday during school terms. We pack and deliver fresh meals daily to participating schools.
6.2 Delivery Responsibility
We are responsible for delivering meals to the designated school location. Once delivered to the school, the school is responsible for distribution to students. We are not responsible for meals that are not collected by the student.
6.3 Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within the timeframe specified on our website, typically before the order cutoff time. Cancellations after the cutoff time may not be eligible for a refund.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:
- Full refunds for orders cancelled before the cutoff time
- Partial or full refunds for orders that fail to be delivered due to our error
- No refunds for orders that are successfully delivered but not collected by the student
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and may provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
8. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
While we strive to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, you are responsible for:
